Viewer tracking is an essential feature that helps you keep track of how much a specific user has watched a demo. With this feature, you can also send leads to the marketing platform of your choice. When a viewer is tagged with their contact information, their engagement data from their viewing sessions will be reported in your demo Insight metrics.
Additionally, if you enable a marketing platform integration, the viewer's email address and first and last names will be sent to that platform.
To ensure you capture viewers' information, the Viewers' info Capture feature can be enabled. To do this, follow these simple steps:
1. Locate the template you wish to publish as a demo from the Template page.
2. Click the template thumbnail to edit. Once you’re done editing, click Publish Demo in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. You'll be prompted with a pop-up window that asks you to click on More Options.
4. Turn on the Viewers' info Captured feature.
By enabling this feature, you can require viewers to enter their email address and first and last names to view the demo. This helps you capture leads and engage with potential customers more effectively, ultimately driving business growth.
