You now have complete control over who can view your demo, for how long and when, and how they can access it. These settings are particularly useful if you're dealing with sensitive information or you want to restrict sharing to within a specific company.
1. Publish a demo from your template and proceed to your Demo page
2. Click on the demo status Public or Private on the bottom right of the thumbnail
3. By clicking on More Options, a modal will appear which showcases your different Link Setting options
One of the most useful settings is the ability to Password-protect your demo. With a simple toggle, you can enable an access code that provides a unique six-character code for each demo. You can simply copy and share this code with those who you want to provide access to.
If your demo is time-sensitive, you can also set an expiration date. This will restrict view access to your demo up until that day. If someone tries to view it after the expiration date, they will see a message notifying them that the demo has expired.
